岗位职责：
l 确保所有拖欠合同，其次通过对拖欠控制，收集信息的有效性来维护客户的满意度。
l 管理和维护所有的催收过程中，要根据中国的法律法规和监管要求，并坚持东风日产的企业标准和政策。
l 在CMS系统中保证过程数据的准确和有效，确保工作质量和数据的完整性
l 根据催收主管的指派，对逾期客户进行电话催收。
l 通过实地访问，对逾期付款人未付款项进行追讨。
l 协助进行催收相关流程以及工作手册的开发
l 协助部门进行催收业务的报表，规章制度的改善。
l 树立良好的专业化客户服务意识，保持良好的客户关系。
岗位要求：
l 一到两年的催收经验。有财务公司，零售银行，担保公司工作经验者优先
l 有上门催收经验。
l 有诉讼经验优先
l 拥有较强解决问题的能力
l 优秀的计划习惯，并可以细致的分析
l 良好的总结能力

Summary: the incumbent is responsible for on-site regulating financing vehicles, conformity certificate and car keys, and performing or supporting field audit as instructed by Floor Plan Field Representative Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
l On-site regulating financing vehicles, conformity certificate, car keys, etc.
l Performing or supporting field audit
l Regulating vehicles transfer for car show or other reasons
l Conducting floating mortgage registration
l Training for inventory management policies and system operation
l Monitoring Floor Plan or Retail financing contracts lively signature
l Gathering information of local market, dealer daily operating, competitive financial products, etc.
l On-site regulating high risk dealer if necessary
l Assisting the financial commissioner to assort retail applications and loan materials
l Respond to dealer consultation of DNAF Floor Plan vehicles management policies
l Accepting spot audit by the company
Qualification:
l Demonstrates high responsibility and high personal standards of integrity
l College degree/professional school graduate or above
l Basic knowledge of the Auto Finance business and procedure
l Previous working experience of credit assurance company or dealer would be considered as an added asset
l Capability to work independently with minimum supervision
